Action Performed:

1. Open the app
2. Log in with an expensifail account
3. Open any chat
4. Navigate to + - Add attachment - Choose file
5. Choose a corrupted, or oversized attachment along with a few normal attachments
6. Tap on "Open"

Expected Result:

Elements shouldn't overlap.

Actual Result:

Android nav bottom bar overlaps with attachment error modals.

Well, this is happening for most of the modals, and the root cause is the same as mentioned in this comment.
