Action Performed:

1. Create two card transactions with the same amount, merchant to trigger dupe detection
2. Open the card transaction report

Expected Result:

Duplicate expenses error gets triggered

Actual Result:

No dupe detection error gets thrown hence no Duplicate review button the expense preview

We can close this one, it is expected. Many credit card expenses come with a full timestamp (including time beside the date) of when the transaction was made to avoid flagging them as duplicates, since they are indeed different transactions.
