App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM.
3. Submit an expense to the user.
4. Go to Account > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart > Reset and refresh app.
5. Go back to Inbox and open the same 1:1 DM in Step 2.

Expected Result:

The report preview will show the expense.

Actual Result:

The report preview is empty after reset app.

• Fix - Expense - Missing "Hold" and "Delete expense" option when report has only one expense #65692: Changed ReportActionsUtils filtering logic for IOU report actions, which directly determines whether the expense preview message is rendered in a chat and could now exclude it after the app reloads.
• fix: Nothing happens when submitter deletes own expense and clicks Change workspace #66054: Modified hasRequestFromCurrentAccount in ReportActionsUtils, affecting identification of IOU actions and potentially causing the expense preview to disappear after cache reset.

If not above, check these

• LHN preview incorrectly shows "Room renamed to "y" after changing report title #65450 #65656: Adjusted OptionsListUtils getLastMessageTextForReport, and if mis-evaluated on fresh load it could leave the chat with no visible last expense preview.
