Action Performed:

1. Launch ND Hybrid app and sign in with gmail account
2. Create a chat with the other user, send some messages
3. Navigate to the device's gallery, tap any image, select Share, then select Expensify app
4. Select "Share" option when in the app, then the other User from Step 2
5. Enable "Force offline" mode, type a message and tap "Share"
6. Force kill and re-launch the app
7. Navigate to the chat where you just shared an image, and Go online
8. Wait 3-5 seconds and observe the chat history

Expected Result:

Shared offline image is displayed in the chat along with the comment

Actual Result:

Shared offline image disappears from the chat after refreshing the app enabling online mode

Shared offline image disappears from the chat after refreshing the app enabling online mode

What is the root cause of that problem?

We generate the blob file and pass it to addAttachment function. After closing the app and reopening it, the temporary file becomes invalid, so the image disappears.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We already have a solution to regenerate the blob file here, but it's only applied for receipt param. We should apply the same for file param
