Problem

For users who were migrated, we're showing the pop-up with the option to send a receipt to our boss. That's bad because they're not inviting their bosses; they're already users of the app.

Solution

Check if the users were migrated before showing the popup. If they were, let's show the correct test drive option - based on whether they're admins or users.
