Action Performed:
Preconditions: Use 2 accounts: Submitter and Payer in separated devices/browers
Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
As Submitter, create an expense to Payer
As Submitter, open the IOU report
As Submitter, click on 'Amount' field
As Payer, while submitter is still in 'Amount' page, pay the IOU
Navigate to Submitter
Expected Result:
After Payer paying the IOU, the Submitter still can enter a new amount and save it
Actual Result:
After Payer paying the IOU, the amount page in Submitter side turns into 'Hmm... It's not here' page
