Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to workspace settings > More features
4. Enable Invoices
5. Open FAB > Send invoice
6. Send an invoice to any user
7. Open invoice room and click on the invoice preview
8. Click More > Export
   → Note that All Data - report level option is present
9. Go to Reports
10. Click Type:Expense
11. Select Invoice and click Apply
12. Add group-by:reports to the search query and hit Enter
13. Select the entire invoice report via checkbox
14. Click green dropdown button
15. Click Export

Expected Result:

All Data - report level option will be present

Actual Result:

All Data - report level option is not present for invoice report when searched with group-by:reports
