Action Performed:

1. Open Expensify App
2. Log in as a new user(Important)
3. Create a workspace > enable expensify card
4. Click on Issue card > Follow the bank account flow(ensure Use Staging Server is enabled)
5. Assign a virtual card to yourself
6. Go directly to the workspace chat.

Expected Result:

After assigning the Expensify Card, the system message in the workspace chat should include a hyperlink to the Expensify Card.

Actual Result:

On the first attempt, the system message appears without the Expensify Card hyperlink. However, after navigating to another page and returning to the workspace chat, the hyperlink does appear.
