App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit two expenses with description that has mark down to the workspace.
4. Open expense report.
5. Open one of the expenses.
6. Click More > Merge.
7. Select the expense > Next.
8. Scroll down to description.

Expected Result:

The description will not show HTML tags.

Actual Result:

The description shows HTML tags.
