App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Sign in to a new account
3. Create two cash expense via scanning a receipt
4. Open the first expense > More > Merge
5. Select expense to merge
6. Click on the magnifying icon to preview one of the receipt
7. refresh page > Close the receipt preview

Expected Result:

User is on the "Select receipt" Page

Actual Result:

User lands on expense detail page
