Precondition:

• Account has self DM

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM
3. Submit a manual expense with receipt to the user
4. Go to self DM
5. Track a manual expense
6. Open the track expense thread
7. Click More > Merge
8. Select the IOU expense > Continue
9. Select any detail for each field
10. Click Continue
11. Click Merge expenses

Expected Result:

The expenses will be merged

Actual Result:

The expenses are not merged. Both expenses are retained
