Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Go to workspace chat.
Submit two expenses to the workspace chat.
Create a report via + > Create report.
Go to Reports > Reports.
Open the empty report.
Navigate to the report with expenses via next arrow button.
Expected Result:
The expense rows will not be highlighted every time it is opened via next arrow button.

The expense rows are highlighted every time it is opened via next arrow button.
