Action Performed:

Preconditions: User has a wallet enabled, there is a positive balance in the wallet (if no, send this user money via wallet from another account)

1. Sign in to ND
2. Go offline
3. Navigate to the Account settings - Wallet
4. Click the "Transfer balance" row

Expected Result:

User is navigated to the "Transfer balance" page. For example, when clicking Subscriptions - Add payment card offline, the "Add payment card" page opens

Actual Result:

Balance amount and "Transfer balance" row are greyed out and not clickable offline. "Transfer balance" page cannot be opened.

What is the root cause of that problem?

The transfer balance section is disabled in offline.

We should remove this line

We can do the same for enable wallet option and we will display the offline blocking view in the according page instead.
