Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat that has no unsettled expenses
3. Create an expense
4. Open the expense report
5. Send a message
6. Right click on the expense report on LHN
7. Click Mark as unread

Expected Result:

The expense report on LHN will be marked bold

Actual Result:

The expense report on LHN is not marked bold after marking it unread
