During the implementation of #72030 the design team discovered that the GLOBAL_CREATE emoji that we used to use as a reference to the FAB is not accurate anymore, as the FAB design has changed. It was agreed in a discussion here that we should simply replace the emoji with a regular "+" string that would better match the new FAB design.

@shawnborton looking at the translation files, I see that we have like 10 references to the GLOBAL_CREATE emoji (which resembles the old FAB). Should we replace all of them?

Responded in the PR but I think it makes sense to update this everywhere since we no longer have a green global create button anywhere in the app.
