[Due for payment 2025-11-07] [CFI] [FAB Follow-Up] Render the Floating Receipt Button on narrow web/desktop layouts

During the implementation of #72030 it was agreed that the narrow web/desktop layouts will only display one button - the standard FAB, just with the updated styles. It stands out among all other platforms/variants as they have an extra button - floating camera button (mobile) and floating receipt button (web/desktop wide layouts).

It was suggested by @shawnborton here to render the same floating receipt button that we do on regular web/desktop layouts, but in the same way that we do it on mobile - above the bottom nav on the right side.
