Precondition:
Admin invites member to workspace.
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
[Member] Create an expense in workspace chat.
[Admin] Create an expense in workspace chat.
Go to Reports > Reports.
Select both expenses from admin and member via checkbox.
Click on the admin's report.
→ Member's expense cannot be moved - Expected.
Expected Result:
In Step 5, Move expenses option should not appear when selecting both admin and employee's expenses.
Actual Result:
In Step 5, Move expenses option appears when selecting both admin and employee's expenses.
In Step 6, admin's report appears and the member's expense cannot be moved to admin's report, which is expected (Step 7).
