Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Create two expenses
4. Open expense report
5. Open any expense thread
6. Click on the expense header
7. Click Go to workspace
8. Click browser back button or use ESC key

Expected Result:

Report details RHP will have background blur after returning from workspace settings via browser back button
