1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > Workflows
3. Click Frequency under Submission frequency
4. Click Monthly

Expected Result:

Monthly will be highlighted

Actual Result:

Manually is still highlighted after selecting Monthly
