Issue was found executing the PR #7217

Action Performed:

1. Create a new policy room by navigating to + > New room.
2. Click the chat header to open up Details.
3. Click Settings
4. Enter a new value for Room name and click Save.

Expected Result:

Comment as user renamed this room is displayed

Actual Result:

User renamed this room comment is not appearing

Also, rooms are still pretty buggy, we're working on it in multiple design docs right now.
This is behind beta so we shouldn't treat this as a super urgent concern. This is N7 IIRC
