Action Performed:

1. Sign in to staging.new.expnsify.com
2. Navigate to a conversation with another user
3. Disable the internet (enable offline mode in troubleshoot / Ctrl + D)
4. While offline, click on create (+) in compose box > Add attachment > Select a video to be uploaded

Expected Result:

In the video preview before uploading, only "You appear to be offline" is displayed and video is not previewed

Actual Result:

Video is previewed while "You appear to be offline" is displayed as a watermark over the video preview
