[RCA #72674] Reports - Preview is missing when the report contains an expense with amount set as 0

Action Performed:

1. Go to new Expensify
2. From a second account send your user an expense with amount set as 0
3. From your account sent an expense to the other account
4. Check the expense report preview (To see how the report is expected change the 0 amount from the other account to any other amount)

Expected Result:

The preview of the report is the same no matter the amount of the expenses added

Actual Result:

The preview of the report doesn't contain the users that the expenses were sent from when the first expense on the report is 0
