Action Performed:

  1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com
  2. At FAB click on Send Invoice
  3. Create an invoice with empty merchant
  4. Click on this invoice
  5. Set merchant to "A"

Expected Result:

System message should display "set the merchant to "A"

Actual Result:

System message is displayed "changed the merchant to "A" (previously "Expense")"
