Problem

We added several eslint-plugin-unicorn rules in eslint-plugin-expensify to help avoid common performance pitfalls, but they aren't enabled in react-native-onyx yet. This means we are still susceptible to those same performance pitfalls in react-native-onyx.

Solution

Upgrade eslint-plugin-expensify to latest in react-native-onyx.

Add eslint-plugin-unicorn rules in react-native-onyx

What is the root cause of that problem?

We added several eslint-plugin-unicorn rules in eslint-plugin-expensify to help avoid common performance pitfalls, but they aren't enabled in react-native-onyx yet

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We currently have "eslint-config-expensify": "^2.0.81" in react-native-onyx but the lastest version is 2.0.102 so we should update this library with

npm install eslint-config-expensify@latest

that will update both package.json and package-lock.json to "^2.0.102" here

And we use "react-native-onyx": "3.0.23" in App
