Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 / Chrome ( mWeb / Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Search

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.

  1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
  2. Open any workspace chat.
  3. Create a manual expense.
  4. Navigate to "Reports"
  5. Trigger a "Type:expense" search that will trigger the just created expense as result. (For example: type:expense I)
  6. Click on the "X" button on search input to clear it.
  7. Note that you land on "Expenses" section but "Expenses" on "Explore" is not highlighted.

Expected Result:

After clearing search input and landing on "Expenses" section, "Expenses" shoukd be highlighted on "Explore".

Actual Result:

After clearing search input, user lands on "Expenses" section, but "Expenses" is not highlighted on "Explore".
