Device used: Mac 26.1 / Chrome
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Go to workspace settings > More features.
4. Enable Distance rates.
5. Go back to workspace list.
6. Go offline.
7. Click 3-dot menu next to workspace > Duplicate Workspace.
8. Click Next > Continue.
9. Open the duplicated workspace.

Expected Result:

Distance rates feature will be enabled when workspace is duplicated offline.

Actual Result:

Distance rates feature is not enabled when workspace is duplicated offline.

Workaround:

I reproduced in v9.2.89-1. The distance rate option isn't enabled offline, but it does appear after you reconnect. I don't think we need to block on that. Let's just clean it up in a follow up PR @getusha @rayane-d
