@justinpersaud Here is the issue. The personalDetails data in the snapshot/onyx doesn't include the attendees's personal details if the attendee is in the same workspace with current user or the attendee chatted with this user. Attendee's avatar is displaying in the UI based on the avatarUrl in transaction attendee data. #86895
