Investigation Summary. Classification: Frontend bug. Causing PR: #86283 (#86283) titled "Add compact UI styles for search reports and expenses tables" by @Krishna2323 (High confidence). Related Issues: #86202. Recommendation: REVERT. PR 86283 introduced compact table UI styles for the Search list views and caused the Report > From grouped list to be cut off at the bottom on wide screens. The PR was merged on 2026-04-09 and this issue was reported on 2026-04-10, directly after the staging deploy. Assigned: @Krishna2323 (PR author), @situchan, @JS00001, @luacmartins (approving reviewers). Labels: DeployBlockerCash kept, no label changes made. Evidence: (1) melvin-bot already linked PR 86283. (2) PR 86283 merged 2026-04-09 at 16:46 UTC, deploy blocker filed 2026-04-10 right after staging deploy. (3) PR 86283 is in StagingDeployCash checklist for v9.3.58-0 and bug only reproduces on staging. (4) PR modifies TransactionGroupListItem, MemberListItemHeader, SearchList/index.tsx and all related styles. Verification: PR 86283 modifies src/components/Search/SearchList/ListItem/MemberListItemHeader.tsx (From group headers), src/components/Search/SearchList/ListItem/TransactionGroupListItem.tsx (group list item), src/components/Search/SearchList/index.tsx (changed showsVerticalScrollIndicator to false, added isFirstItem/isLastItem), src/styles/index.ts and src/styles/utils/index.ts (new searchTableBottomRadius style). Root Cause: PR 86283 introduced compact table rendering on large screens. Each list item is wrapped in Animated.View with overflow:hidden. The PR adds searchTableBottomRadius to the last item, but the Animated.View overflow:hidden clips the bottom edge. Combined with mh5 (20px horizontal margin) added to each item on large screens, this causes the list to appear cut off at the bottom in the Report > From grouped view on wide/desktop.
