App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Go to workspace settings
3. Tap categories
4. Add a category - test🫪 and save
5. Note test category is created and 🫪 is not shown in the category created
6. Open the category and note emoji is missing

Expected Result:

The category name should remain unchanged after saving and reopening, and the 🫪 emoji should display correctly if accepted during input.

Actual Result:

When creating a category with the name test🫪, the category is created successfully but the 🫪 emoji is removed after saving. Reopening the category shows only test without any error or validation message.
