App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Tap + > Add attachment > Take photo.

Expected Result:

Photo on the viewfinder will not be blurry.

Actual Result:

Photo on the viewfinder is blurry.
Photo also cannot be taken after tapping capture button.

Workaround:
