Action Performed:

  1. Customer received an approval request email for a report.
  2. Customer opened Expensify to review pending approvals.
  3. The report requiring approval was not visible in the app.
  4. For one report, the customer had to open the report through the email link.
  5. For another report, the customer had to refresh and navigate through the app multiple times before the report appeared.

Expected Result:

Reports requiring approval should immediately appear in the approver's inbox/workspace when the approval notification email is sent, without requiring page refreshes or opening the report from the email link.

Actual Result:

Reports requiring approval did not appear in the app initially despite approval notification emails being received. The reports only became visible after opening the email link or repeatedly refreshing the application.
