App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Join as new user using something else intent
3. Go to Workspaces tab >> Create new Workspace
4. Go to Overview page >> Click on the avatar
5. Upload a new avatar to the workspace and save the changes
6. Refresh the page

Expected Result:

The new avatar is still displayed after refreshing the page

Actual Result:

Saved avatar revert to default avatar after refreshing overview page
