Action Performed:

  1. Receive a email indicating a new message from Concierge regarding expense approvals.
  2. Login to NewExpensify
  3. Open the Concierge chat.
  4. Review the conversation history.

Expected Result:

The message referenced in the notification should be visible in the Concierge chat so the user can review and act on it.

Actual Result:

The Concierge chat only displays:
"Hi, how can I help?"
The Concierge message is displayed only after clicking the Show full history button
