Issue was found when executing PR #9350
Action Performed:
Create two accounts and a chat between them in NewDot
Open a new NewDot window in a new Chrome session (do not use incognito mode).
Turn off the internet
Add an attachment to the chat between these two users while there is text in the composer.
Verify the attachment and text appears in rea ltime for the other user.
Expected Result:
The attachment and text appears in real time for the other user.
Actual Result:
Text is duplicated when sent message with attachment while offline
Workaround:
