Details
After upgrading to React 18, we have a number of unmet peer dependencies. This is going to create trouble for anyone using npm 7 or higher, because:
I'm going through trying to clean up / upgrade some of these unmet peer dependencies, and I noticed this library is not used, nor is it a peer dependency of any of our packages. So it should be safe to remove. One fewer package to manage!

Tests
First, search the codebase for usages of the
<MaskedView>component. Verify that there are none.Next, run
npm list. Verify that the@react-native-masked-view/masked-viewpackage appears only once in the list and at the top-level.Notice that this package was originally added in https://github.com/Expensify/App/pull/1559/files#diff-7ae45ad102eab3b6d7e7896acd08c427a9b25b346470d7bc6507b6481575d519, where it presumably used to be a peer dependency of an older
react-navigationversion. Verify that it is not a peer dependency of any of our react-navigation packages by running:Run the app and verify that it works as expected.
