Fix pressing enter in workspace invite page will submit and proceed to invite message page

Details

Currently, pressing enter in workspace invite page will:

1. Select the focused user
2. Submit and navigate to invite message page
   We want the enter key to only select/unselect the currently focused row/suer

Note: on iOS/Android/mWeb, to test the keyboard behavior, please use an emulator/simulator
Note 2: on Android, looks like the keyboard is kinda broken, so it's a bit hard to use it. See the recording to understand it better.
