Tests

1. Go to the workspace chat.
2. Click on request money.
3. Enter any amount on manual request.
4. Click on Next > Request.
5. Open the new expense report.
6. Click on the custom tag, choose any tag.
7. Ensure that in the system message, the custom tag is used.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

If the policy has custom tags, then the system message will use the custom tag correctly.

Noticed an issue here, the custom tag automatically gets converted to lowercase because of this line:

App/src/libs/ReportUtils.js

Line 1862 in bd509c3

const displayValueName = valueName.toLowerCase();

I assume we want to show the actual tag without modifying it. In order to speed up the review process, I've fixed this issue. If the expectation is otherwise, please let me know and I will revert the commit.

The issue can be observed in the attached video, where the custom tag Food is renamed to food.
