[No QA] [TS migration] Follow-up: disallow CSSProperties usage

Details

While reviewing a migration PR I noticed that CSSProperties type is used in some files, while we should completely rely on react-native style types instead (RN styles are extended with CSSProperties in src/types/modules/react-native.d.ts).

In this PR, I restricted CSSProperties usage with ESLint rule and adjusted the code globally.
