Details

This fixes the Info icon colour issue on the referral banner component.
This is done by creating new ReferralProgramCTA component and adding a correct value of the fill property of the Info Icon component.
The new ReferralProgramCTA component is then used in:

• MoneyRequestParticipantsSelector.js
• MoneyTemporaryForRefactorRequestParticipantsSelector.js
• SearchPage/SearchPageFooter.js

And also the legacy OptionsSelector is using this new component for consistency.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
