I'm not really sure exactly what you're talking about. Would you please provide reproduction steps for the inconsistency/bug, or describe it more specifically with links to the exact pages?

Please follow the testing steps on Android or iOS devices. You'll notice that the offline indicator appears on all screens of the Right Hand Panel (RHP). Now, repeat the same steps on wide screens (using Chrome or desktop).

Prior to this pull request, the offline indicator was only visible on the members page, which has been addressed in this PR.

The inconsistency lies in how we display the offline indicator on small screen and wide screen devices.

I'm not testing on all platforms because it's a simple change and only relevant on large screens. I tested on web and it should be fine on all platforms.
