3. After the scanning is complete, go to transaction thread.
4. Click Tax amount.
5. Enter any tax amount as long as it is below the limit.
6. Verify that there's no error "Maximum tax amount is 0"

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
