It:

• replaces call to dismissModal with closeAndNavigate
• removes unnecessary call to updateSearchValue
• adds USE_DEBOUNCED_STATE_DELAY constant

Thanks to your input @shubham1206agra, the Navigation.dimissModal was replaced with Navigation.closeAndNavigate and results as as follows:

It looks promising, but I am concerned if it works according to the requirements -@shubham1206agra if I could as you to take a look whether it is a valid solution form functionality perspective 🙏

Carlos suggested we should not focus much on improving the ChatFinder performance, so we might merge current fixes to benefit from them as soon as possible and work on deeper fixes to dimissModal separately.
