This PR fixes the "Worker was terminated" console error that occurs when closing a PDF view window before it finishes loading.

Tests

1. Download this PDF.
2. Start a 1:1 DM with any account.
3. Click "+" > "Add attachment" and select the PDF.
4. Close the viewer window before the PDF finishes loading.
5. Verify that no "Worker was terminated" error is logged to the console.
6. Click "+" > "Add attachment" and select the PDF.
7. Wait until the PDF finishes loading.
8. Verify that the PDF has loaded successfully.

@IuliiaHerets I don't quite understand why you say this PR is failing because of #48314.
IMO these 2 are not related – in Prod, you still get the ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND, but also the Worker was terminated, which you don't get on Staging now.

The original issue was fixed, but another console error still presents.
