  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

@Themoonalsofall Most of the new accounts are prompted with onboarding and most of the options there require entering first name, so it might hard to test as we need fresh account without any name entered. But choosing Manage Team option in onboarding does not require entering name so we can test using this option.

Something strange is happening here, in this PR the main purpose is just to update optimistic data in 1 function but when fixing lint i fixed many more files and when running eslint again it still has 79 errors in different files. All are errors related to CONST.DEFAULT_NUMBER_ID
I checked other PRs there is no such problem, should i close this PR and create another one? 🧐
