Explanation of Change

The keyboardWillHide event is not triggered on Android when the ReportActionContextMenu modal is opened while the keyboard is on the screen.

1. Go to chat.
2. Send a message.
3. Long tap on the message (make sure the keyboard is open when doing this step).
4. Tap Add reaction icon.
5. Verify that Emoji modal is displayed on top of navigation bar
