  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

Actually, we don’t have logs yet, so we can’t determine the exact root cause of the alert—it might be triggered from this line or this line. I'm also not sure whether the current change actually fixes the issue. Therefore, I'll focus on checking the original issue and the related fix implemented in useTabNavigatorFocus.

@suneox The alert is shown because camera hasn't been started (see black camera screen in the issue recording). It's happening because isActive is set to false when we open it through the shortcut.

I think those changes fix the issue (as you can see on the recordings in the PR description). It looks like we no longer need to use the useTabNavigatorFocus logic as it's based on the animation, which turned out to be unreliable in this case
