• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

This PR only fixes the optimistic data (the recordings I added are performed while offline). As mentioned in my proposal, we need to fix the BE too because OpenReport still returns the parent action childVisibleActionCount as 1.
