1. Go to a workspace with non-USD currency (e.g., EUR).
2. Navigate to Workflows → Add Bank Account → Connect Manually.
3. Select Country = Czech Republic and enter IBAN = CZ5508000000001234567899.
4. Continue to the next step, enter address, and proceed to the next step.
5. Close the RHP (Right-Hand Panel).
6. Open the Add Bank Account flow again.
7. On the RHP, click Start Over.
8. Confirm the warning modal.
9. Verify all previously entered data is cleared.

2. Navigate to Workflows → Add Bank Account → Connect Manually.

5. Click Save button
6. Dismiss RHP
7. Add bank account again
8. Start over

1. we just have the logic to fetch data only when the page is mounted. BE will return ach.policyID
2. When we start over, we'll reset all data, but don't fetch again so ach.policyID is still undefined.
3. When we dismiss the RHP and add bank account again, we'll fetch data then override the achData

that why we don't see the start over button anymore

Solution: We should add isPreviousPolicy to the dependencies, it's safe because we already had the logic to early return if isPreviousPolicy at the beginning
