[NoQA] Optimise UnreadIndicatorsTest

Explanation of Change

1. Seeded the signed-in Onyx state up front so the UI mounts already authenticated, skipping the login flow each time signInAndGetAppWithUnreadChat runs. Added a fastSignInWithTestUser helper that writes the required session, credentials, beta, and personal detail keys in one Onyx update before rendering.
2. Updated to render the full App only once per test and reuse it after the initial mount to avoid repeated navigation setup costs. Updated signInAndGetAppWithUnreadChat to call the fast sign-in helper, render once, subscribe to user events, and batch the remaining fixtures.
3. Parallelised population of report, report action, and personal detail fixtures with Promise.all to minimize Onyx work.
4. Added logic to reset the cached render flag in afterEach so each spec still starts from a fresh app state while reusing the initial mount inside the spec.

After the optimisation:

Average: 94.40 seconds

All tests were run with --no-cache flag.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
