I think this looks correct to me, though @Expensify/design might want to take a look and maybe you could show the "taking too long" state as well as the failed state (the latter of which I think is here).

@trjExpensify we have two cases for the loading indicator refactor project:

• Components displayed in a page/component where a back button is already available (this case)
• Full pages which don't have a way to escape and we need to implement the new FullPage loading UI with back button

In this case we're switching away from fullscreen to the regular ActivityMonitor component because users can already navigate back, so we don't won't show that escape button.
